Established in 1996, The Cape Point Ostrich Farm is an ostrich breeding farm on the most beautiful part of the Cape Peninsula. The farm is about 50km out of the beautiful Cape Town. This tourist destination is thanks to Dr Coelle and his wife Angelika Coelle. With a shared vision, the couple turned a dormant piece of land into a natural breeding farm. All visitors can enjoy a guided tour of the farm. The staff enjoy showing visitors around the farm and meeting the animals.
The Cape Point Ostrich Farm’s team will escort you and your loved ones around. Also, they provide you with the history of the farm and the life cycle of the ostrich. They are a breeding farm and accommodate about 80 breeding ostriches living in 40 camps.
